Privacy and your application

When you apply for a role at FIELD Engineers, we collect information to assess your suitability and keep you updated on employment opportunities. If you’re successful, your details become part of your employment record. If not, we may keep your information on file for future roles. Please contact our HR Manager if you do not wish for your information to be retained on file.

You’ll be asked for personal details like your name, contact information, resume, education, work history, and referees. For some roles, we may need police checks, pre-employment medicals or other assessments. By submitting your application, you consent to the use of your information for recruitment and assessment purposes and confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. If you choose not to provide certain information, we may not be able to process your application.

We collect your information through the online application and during the recruitment process. Recruitment information is stored in a secure, third‑party, cloud‑based system used by FIELD Engineers to manage applications and recruitment activities. Access is limited to authorised personnel involved in recruitment. You can access and update your details at any time through your applicant profile.

We may share your information with the FIELD hiring manager, referees, recruitment agencies, or other organisations involved in the recruitment process. Otherwise, your information won’t be shared without your permission.
